Grace is a motivational and inspirational leader and leadership coach and mentor who is capable of empowering individuals to enable them to fulfill their potential whilst ensuring that they make a positive contribution to the achievement of organisational objectives.
Grace’s extensive experience of outstanding practice, enables her to assist leaders with practical, realistic ideas and strategies on how to achieve and maintain outstanding outcomes.
Following a very successful career in the education sector, Grace has an extensive knowledge and breadth of experience, demonstrating successful leadership in a range of settings and roles within the education industry.
Grace is an accredited Leadership and Personal Performance coach, having trained with the Coaching Academy, one of the UK’s leading coaching training providers.
Grace also holds a PhD from the Arhus Seminariet Teacher Training College in Denmark and has a range of qualifications in Strategic Leadership in Education.
Having successfully completed the Aspire to Senior Leadership and Black and Minority Ethnic Internship Programmes, Grace is an Ambassador for Equality and Diversity in leadership positions.
Grace has successfully led teams to an outstanding Ofsted inspection. Leading a teaching school, created opportunities for Grace to work in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including teaching schools within the alliance and nationally. She is a very versatile, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional with a successful background delivering substantial improvements in standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
